My SketchUp residential design showcases a modern farmhouse-style two-storey home. The design features a striking exterior. Stone veneer covers the lower level. Above, warm vertical wood siding is used. Dark shingled gabled roofs and a generous covered front porch are supported by timber columns. The thoughtfully planned interior includes three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. It features an open-concept living room with a large area rug. Additionally, there is a spacious kitchen with a central island and double sink. A central staircase provides clear circulation between levels, while large windows throughout maximize natural light and views. It highlights my skills in 3D modeling and realistic material application. He also shows proficiency in spatial organization and translating conceptual ideas into a fully visualized, buildable family residence.
